Community booth spaces are reserved for non-profit organizations in Elberta. 

 

All community non-profit booth spaces are 10'x10' non-electric spaces. These spaces have limited availability. Tents and tables are not provided. We are not responsible for any injuries, theft, accidents, or weather events.

 

Acceptance notifications/rejections will be sent out by June 24, 2026. The person listed as the contact on the application will be contacted with the results of the application request. Applications are reviewed on a first come first served basis and are judged based on the merit of the application itself, mission of the organization, service area, and other criteria.

About the event

Kick off your Fourth of July weekend with the Elberta community! Join us at the Elberta Town Park on July 2, 2026, starting at 5:00 PM for an evening of food, drink and fun! Feast on Local Flavors: We’re hosting a lineup of local food trucks, plus ice cream and sno-cone vendors to keep you cool. We will also have can Coca-Cola products for sale. Family Fun: Let the kids burn off energy in the bounce houses while you enjoy a festive soundtrack of family-friendly music playing throughout the park. Something for the adults: A selection of ice cold 12oz canned beer will be on sale. The Grand Finale: Stick around until the end! Our spectacular fireworks display caps off the night around 8:45 PM. Pro Tip: Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and an appetite! Relax, soak up the holiday atmosphere, and enjoy a night under the stars with your neighbors. We can’t wait to see you there!

Terms & Conditions

Vendors may begin setting up after 2 PM the day of the event. Booth space assignments will be sent out prior to the event. There is no vendor check in.

 

All vehicles must be outside of the event barricades by 4:30 PM the day of the event. 


Vehicles are not allowed back into the event perimeter until given the all clear by event staff. Designated vendor parking is at 25059 State Street (see map here: https://www.eventeny.com/events/map/?id=28966&mid=19924&share=1)

 

Quiet generators are allowed. There will be no electrical hookup.

 

No food/beverage sales.

 

No pets are allowed.

 

No offensive materials or offensive novelties or other items that would be considered inappropriate in a family atmosphere.
