Food Vendor Application
About the application
Be sure to read this entire page. Submission of your application represents acceptance of these terms.
We are in need of 3 regular food vendors, 1 ice cream vendor, 1 sno-cone vendor.
Submission is not a guarantee of acceptance into the event. Acceptance/rejection notices will be sent out by June 15, 2026. Once a vendor has been accepted, the payment method provided at the time of application submission will be charged accordingly. Any fees based upon payment method selected when submitting your application will be passed to you if your application is accepted (i.e., credit card processing charge, etc).
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- You may begin setup after 2PM the day of the event.
- No vehicle movement is allowed until event staff has given the all clear for movement at the conclusion of the event.
- Free wireless internet will be provided.
- Electricity and water will not be provided. Your setup must be self sufficient.
