Taste of Noble County — Featured Food Participant Application
About the application
Taste of Noble County is an indoor tasting experience celebrating local restaurants, bakeries, caterers, and specialty food businesses from across Noble County.
Featured Food Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their signature offerings by providing sample-size tastings for guests attending the event. Guests will purchase tasting passes that include tasting tickets, which will be redeemed with participating businesses during the event.
Tasting portions are included with the guest tasting experience and should not require additional payment. Participants may also choose to offer additional full-size menu items, products, or other items for purchase during the event.

VIP Early Entry: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
General Admission: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

By submitting this application, Featured Food Participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
APPLICATION & APPROVAL
Participation in Taste of Noble County is subject to review and approval by Noble County Events. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Noble County Events reserves the right to select participants based on event needs, food variety, and overall event experience.
TASTING EXPERIENCE
Approved Featured Food Participants will provide sample-size tasting portions for guests participating in the tasting experience. Guests will receive tasting tickets through their event admission package and will redeem those tickets with participating businesses.
Tasting portions provided as part of the event tasting experience should not require additional payment from guests. Participants may offer additional full-size items, products, or menu options for purchase separately if desired.
HEALTH & PERMITS
Participants must comply with all applicable health department regulations and obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals necessary for food preparation and service.
EQUIPMENT & STAFFING
Participants are responsible for providing their own equipment, supplies, displays, food, and staffing necessary to operate their assigned indoor space during the event.
PARTICIPANT FEES & REFUND POLICY
Participation fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Noble County Events.
PARTICIPANT VARIETY
Noble County Events reserves the right to limit participant categories, menu offerings, and selections to ensure a balanced variety of food options and a quality experience for attendees.
PEOPLE'S CHOICE CHARITY DONATION
Each Featured Food Participant will select a local nonprofit organization to support through the People's Choice Competition. A portion of event ticket proceeds will be donated to the nonprofit organization selected by the participant receiving the most votes.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Once approved, payment will automatically be charged to the card provided on file. By submitting this application, participants acknowledge and agree to this automatic charge, as well as the event's refund and cancellation policy.
