About the application

The Pride Center of Terre Haute is excited to host the 2026 Terre Haute Pride Fest on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Fairbanks Park in Terre Haute, Indiana!

We are excited to feature local food vendors at the festival. Space is limited, so only a select number of food vendors will be approved.

There is no upfront cost to be a food vendor, we are requesting a donation of 20% of proceeds to the Pride Center of Terre Haute. This donation will directly support center operations, programs, and services! Please note: No vendor is permitted to sell alcoholic beverages.

We are keeping food vendors limited for Pride Fest in order to make sure this is a profitable event for you! Because of this lean model, it is extremely important you honor this commitment as we will not have a back up. Vendors who cancel under one month of the event or no-show will be charged $200.

At this Pride Festival, we are featuring LGBTQ+ owned businesses/organizations. Please indicate if you are interested in being featured as an LGBTQ+ owned business. In addition, please also let us know if you will offer a Pride themed menu item we can advertise.

Food vendor check-in will occur from 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM on Saturday, October 3. You may arrive earlier if needed, but please do not arrive later than 10:30am. The food vending location will be behind the amphitheater. Food vendors must stay for the entire event from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. This is a rain or shine event!
