About the event
Terms & Conditions
This application is subject to all ImmerseCon 2026 terms and conditions which can be found at immersecon.com/terms. Space Allocation: Each vendor will be allocated appropriate space for their own table or if one is needed please request prior to start of the event. Additional equipment or furnishings must be within this space.
Power Supply: Electricity is optional and must be requested in advance. Additional fees will apply.
Product & Service Guidelines: All products and services displayed must be appropriate for a general audience and relevant to the gaming/tech theme of ImmerseCon.
Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown within designated times.
Liability: ImmerseCon is not liable for any damage or loss of property. Vendors should arrange their own insurance. *All deliverables are non-refundable under any circumstance
