Thank you for your interest in joining K-Bloom Fan Fest at the Greensboro Shrine Club on May 16 from 12PM–7PM.
We are seeking 2–3 food and beverage trucks to provide diverse, high-quality options for our attendees. To avoid oversaturation, we carefully curate selections to ensure variety in cuisine and pricing for the community.
This event is expected to attract a strong local fandom audience (K-pop, anime, gaming, and pop culture enthusiasts), and early interest posts have already generated 3,500+ views across platforms. Selected food trucks will receive an official acceptance email with next steps, load-in instructions, and event logistics.
We prioritize professionalism, punctuality, and positive customer engagement. Space is limited — we encourage early applications.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
1. Selection Process
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Food trucks are selected to ensure cuisine diversity and prevent oversaturation.
2. Payment & Confirmation
If accepted, payment must be submitted by the stated deadline to secure your space. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot.
3. Permits & Licensing
All food vendors must hold valid health permits, business licenses, and insurance as required by the State of North Carolina and Guilford County. Vendors are solely responsible for compliance.
4. Setup & Equipment
Food trucks must be self-contained, including power, water, and waste disposal unless otherwise arranged in writing. No grease, wastewater, or trash may be left onsite.
5. Cancellation Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Weather-related changes will be communicated promptly.
6. Conduct
Professional and respectful conduct is required. The event reserves the right to remove any vendor engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Each space accommodates one standard food truck. Vendors must be fully self-contained, including power, water, and waste disposal, unless otherwise arranged in writing prior to the event. Access to the space will be provided during scheduled load-in time. Placement will be curated to ensure visibility, crowd flow, and diversity of food options. Trucks must remain operational and set up for the full event duration. |

I understand that I am fully responsible for setup, cleanup, and safe operation of my food area. I agree to dispose of trash properly and keep my area clean throughout the event. I will follow all event rules, including setup and breakdown times, parking instructions, and directions given by event staff/volunteers. I understand that TriadKpop, volunteers, associated organizers and Greensboro Shrine Club are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to my property, merchandise, or personal belongings. I agree that I am fully responsible for the security of my own items and vendor space throughout the event. I release TriadKpop, volunteers, associated organizers and Greensboro Shrine Club from any liability related to accidents, injury, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.
