Indoor Vendors

Commercial booth space: All organizations and businesses interested in securing commercial booth space in the Exhibit Building should fill out application by Sept 1, 2026. Along with your booth rental, you will receive two passes to the fair.

Non-Commercial booth spaces are open to all organizations and groups in Robeson and adjoining counties in  the classifications listed below.  Applications should be completed by Sept 1, 2026.

Classification:

1-Extension Homemaker Organizations

2-Home Economics Classes (FHA)

3-School Classes

4-4-H Club

5-Scout Troops

6-Senior Citizens Groups

7-FFA Groups

8-Other Vocational Groups

9-Special Community Clubs (Booths must be educational)

10-Public or Nonprofit Organizations

11-Private Agricultural Development Organizations

Youth and agricultural related booths will be exhibited in the Al Parnell building.  All other booths will be located in the main exhibit building.  Fabric sides will be furnished for each booth by the Robeson County Fair.  Booths along the perimeter walls will be 8' wide x 8' deep x 8' high with 3'sides.

Prize scoring: 

1. Educational Value- 40 Points
2. Arrangements- 20 Points
3. Quality of Materials- 20 Points
4. Originality- 20 Points

= 100 Points

Prizes: Seperate Prizes will be awarded in each classification except 9, 10, and 11

Setting up booths will be on Monday Sept 28, 2026 from 10 am to 6 pm.  Booths must be complete by Tuesday Sept 29, 2026 before 6 pm to be eligible for judging.  Judging of booths will begin on Wednesday Sept 30, 2026 at 9 am.  No exhibiors will be allowed in the exhibit building during judging.  

Exhibitors will furnish all materials such as tables, chairs, tools and equipment for booths.  

The fair board reserves the right to designate the classifications of any entry.  Judges may award the cash prizes at their discretion.

All booths must be the work of product or the group entering the same.  Remeber the special emphasis is given in scoring for the educational value of the exhibit.  

Any changes in rules will be posted in the exhibit building and will supersede all earlier rules. 

Profit (nonprofit) organizations may display information of educational material without charge.  These organizations are not eligible for cash prizes but are eligible for judging for "Best overall entry commercial".

Two awards will be made at the discretion of the judges.  Best educational booth and best commercial booth.  Commercial winner will receive a ribbon, not cash.  

Any booth removed before Saturday night (10 pm) Oct 10th, 2026 forfeit any prize money awarded to said booth.  The exhibitor will also forfeit booth allocated in th furure fairs.The exhibit building will be open on Sunday Oct 11, 2026 from 12 pm to 4 pm and Monday Oct 12, 2026 from 9 am to 12 pm for dismantling and removing booths.  Any booth materials not removed by 12 pm on Monday Oct 12, 2026 will become property of the Robeson County Fair Board and prize money will be forfeited. 

Passes:  Passes will be issued only to those personnel requiring same.  No more than two free passes will be issued for each booth regardless of the number of persons interested in same booth.  Additional passes may be purchased for $35.00 each.  The fair board reserves the right to revoke any pass at any time for any reason it deems appropriate.   Passes will be issued when booth is set up.  Passes will remain in the possession of those persons requiring same.
