Winery Participation Application
About the application
We are deep in planning the Livermore Downtown Street Fest taking place May 16th & 17th, 2026. This year, we will have two beer/wine gardens. One cluster with be at the Bankhead Plaza and the other cluster will be at Stockmen’s Park. This truly is an incredible promotional opportunity that we encourage you to use to its fullest.
All Wineries who wish to participate in the Livermore Downtown Street Fest must complete the Winery Participation Agreement and submit by April 1st.
You will need to represent yourself or send your own representative to pour your wine, we require all must attend our ZOOM Alcohol Training Workshop. If you are having difficulty staffing, please reach out to us, we might have a few volunteers lined up.
Wineries must participate in BOTH Saturday and Sunday and wine booths must be staffed from:
10:15 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday, May 16th
10:15AM until 4:30PM on Sunday, May 17th
We suggest splitting each day into two shifts and scheduling two people per shift.
Saturday, May 16th 10:15AM to 2:00PM & Saturday 2:00PM to 5:30PM
Sunday, May 17th 10:15AM to 1:30PM & Sunday 1:30PM to 4:30PM
Livermore Downtown will provide ice, table & chairs, and canopy and signage with your Winery’s name. We will also have a refrigerated cooler to store unopened wine.
Livermore Downtown Inc. partners with the City of Livermore and ABC to ensure all Rules and Regulations are enforced to the fullest. We strive for this event to be safe and successful.

Terms & Conditions
Livermore Downtown Inc. requests wineries sell wine to Livermore Downtown Inc. for $120.00 or less per case of white and $132.00
or less per case of red and sparkling. (6 cases of each with 2-3 wine varietals). This is a fundraiser event and Livermore Downtown Inc. is non-profit 501c3.
If the wine wholesales for less than these amounts, we do expect you to adjust to those levels.

- We have received public comments in the past expressing appreciation for those of you who choose to showcase your premium wines. Livermore Downtown Inc. reserves the right to reject your choice of varietals. Please note: due to the large volume of visitors, decanting is not possible. In addition, please do not choose an unfiltered wine. What two wines would you like to showcase?
- I shall save, keep and hold harmless Livermore Downtown Inc., The City of Livermore, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from all damages, costs, or expenses in law equity that may at any time arise or be set up because of damages to property or personal injury, or weather, received by any reason or in the course of the Livermore Downtown Street Fest 2026 which may be occasioned by any willful or negligent act of the winery or any of the employees representing the winery.
