Event Location: 2501 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC / Across from Myrtle Beach Convention Center
- **Friday, October 16th**: Setup from 8 a.m. to 12 noon Festival from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- **Saturday, October 17th**: Festival from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., Setup from 8 a.m. to 12 noon
- **Sunday, October 18th**: Festival from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Setup from 8 a.m. to 12 noon
- Note: Festival times and setup times are subject to change. Gates may open to the public 2 hours before the festival starts.*
Entry into the Jazz Festival could be as much as $15. Tickets can be snag early, with our early bird special at just $5! Come October, the price could reach $15 per person each day.

This event will take place rain or shine, so please be prepared for inclement weather.
Exhibitors/Vendors may lose their pre-assigned booth location and be assigned a different spot if they are not present at least 2 hours before the setup deadline. DHEC will conduct inspections before the end of the setup period.
- Vehicles are not allowed on festival grounds after the setup time – NO exceptions.*
Exhibitors/Vendors must begin breakdown at the end of the festival.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Management will provide a map with directions for entry and exit to festival ground, and booth space several days prior to the event. Exhibitors/Vendors must provide tents, tables, chairs, electricity, etc. No Exceptions. NO REFUNDS
All applicants must submit a picture of Exhibitors/Vendors booth, menu items and adhere to the menu items.
Exhibitors/Vendors are prohibited from sells or offering of any type of drink pouches, pineapples, wine, spirits and/or alcoholic beverages.
Exhibitors/Vendors may be required to show proof of liability insurance.
Exhibitors/Vendors assumes all risk of any items loss. Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items/goods at any time. Vendors are expected to comply with all rules and regulations of the Myrtle Beach Police Department, Myrtle Beach Fire Department, South Carolina DHEC, and etc. PLEASE EXPECT FOOD AND EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS 2 HOURS PRIOR TO SET UP END TIME. NO REFUNDS IF CANNOT PASS INSPECTIONS.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If serving food or beverages, Vendors may be required to have an hospitality account to participate.
Please complete the "Hospitality Account Application" (HAA). If Exhibitors/Vendors possess a City of Myrtle Beach business license they are not required to complete the HAA, however, if Vendors do not possess a City of Myrtle Beach Business License they are required to complete and submit the HAA to the City of Myrtle Beach. Please submit the (HAA) Hospitality Account Application, at least twenty-one days in ADVANCE to the City of Myrtle Beach Financial Services Department. They can be reached at 843-918-1200.
