You will have to put in a credit card in order to submit your application. Please note, your credit card will not be charged upon application submission. Once you application is accepted, payment will be processed through Eventeny and you will be emailed a payment confirmation. All food vendors are required to have a valid Certificate of insurance (The City of Reynoldsburg listed as certificate holder and additionally insured box marked as "yes") and food service license.
