Vendor Application – Terms & Conditions


Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor in the 2026 Buford Holiday Festival, presented by the Buford Business Alliance (BBA) and the City of Buford.

Vendor Application Categories


Please select the application that best fits your business. Applications submitted under an incorrect category may be denied and will require resubmission under the appropriate category.

 

Non-Food BBA Member – For vendors not selling food items who are current Buford Business Alliance members. Applications submitted as a BBA member by non-members will be denied.
Non-Food, Non-BBA Member – For vendors not selling food items who are not current BBA members.
Non-Profit Organization -  This category is for non-profit organizations only. Anyone registering under this category must provide their 501c3 info as proof.
Food Truck Vendor – For vendors selling food items from a food truck.
Food Vendor (Non–Food Truck) – For vendors selling food items from a tent or trailer.

 

General Terms & Conditions

 

  • Applications must be completed in their entirety. Incomplete applications may be rejected.
  • Vendor space is limited.
  • The Buford Business Alliance reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application for any reason.
  • Political candidates or political activist groups are not allowed.
  • Prohibited items include: alcohol, tobacco, firearms, sexual items, illegal substances, and political activist materials.
  • Electricity: If electricity is needed, this must be requested on the application. A fee may apply. Low-noise generators are permitted.
  • Vendor Space: Standard vendor spaces (excluding food trucks) are 10’ x 10’. All displays and equipment must fit within the allotted space unless additional space is purchased.
  • Special Requests: Any special requests must be noted on the application. While organizers will make every effort to accommodate requests, they are not guaranteed.
  • Space Assignments: Vendor spaces are assigned by festival organizers and may not be traded. Placement is based on logistical and operational considerations. It is the vendor’s responsibility to clearly communicate all needs on the application.
  • Check-In & Load-In: Vendors will be assigned specific check-in times and must adhere strictly to those times. Due to limited unloading windows, late arrivals may be required to park outside the festival area and transport items on foot.
  • Early Setup: Non-food vendors may request to set up the evening before the festival. This option must be indicated on the application. Please note that there is no security to watch over the festival area overnight. You set up at your own risk.
  • Vehicle Access: No vehicles will be permitted within the festival area from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Vendor Parking: Available along Main Street or at the Buford Parking Deck on Moreno Street.
  • Insurance, Liability & Sales Tax: The Buford Business Alliance does not provide insurance coverage. Vendors are responsible for securing their own insurance. The BBA is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales taxes.
  • Refund Policy: All vendor fees are non-refundable.
    Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather, festival organizers may postpone the event to the following Saturday. Light rain will not result in cancellation. Weather-related decisions will be made by the Wednesday prior to the event, and vendors will be notified via email.
