Come Be Part of the Magic! We are thrilled to invite you to join the Grateville Dead 2026 family! Our vendors are the heartbeat of the festival, creating the vibrant "Shakedown Street" atmosphere our attendees love. We are looking for partners who are ready to share their unique crafts, art, and goods with our community all weekend long.

Important Dates
Event Dates: October 16-18 Friday thru Sunday night
Application Deadline: September 30, 2026
Selection Notification: We will notify you via email regarding your acceptance.Deposit: Upon acceptance, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due immediately to secure your spot.
Final Payment: Remaining balance is due by October 1, 2026.
Booth Assignments: You will receive your location map 1 week prior to the event.
Festival Schedule & Hours
To ensure the best experience for our attendees, vendors are required to remain open and active for the full duration of the festival.
Friday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
> Please Note: Early breakdown is not permitted. Vendors must not close or pack up prior to 10:00 PM on Sunday.
Booth & Product Guidelines
Application: Please fill out the application completely. To ensure a smooth process, we cannot accept incomplete applications.
Products: When applying, please list all items you intend to sell. To maintain a diverse marketplace, only the products listed on your approved application may be sold at the festival.
Power: We are an outdoor event, and electricity is not provided. There is very limited on-site power available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to bring a quiet generator to ensure you have what you need.
Weather Policy
The music never stops, and neither do we! Grateville Dead is a Rain or Shine event. We generally cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to weather, so please bring appropriate gear to keep your shop cozy and dry regardless of the forecast.
The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Grateville Productions LLC and Grateville Dead Music Festival from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the Vendor’s participation in the Grateville Dead Music Festival. I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my responsibility to secure my booth. I understand Grateville Productions LLC and Grateville Dead Music Festival are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items.
