About the application
Use this form to apply for your spot at Excalibur Con 2026. Space is limited so not all entries will be selected. There are several application options, so choose all options that would apply for a better chance to join us. Applications will be open October 15, 2025 - July 31, 2026.
Community Activity/Event Space- Apply for this if you are a community-based organization that would like to use a space in the Community area for activities, game demonstrations, interactive experiences, or gaming events. Spaces can be customized based on the needs of the activity.
Spaces can range from 10'x10' to 20'x20'. These spaces will be given a footprint in Edmund Fitzgerald Hall. You may set up your designated space in a manner that fits your activity, as long as it does not impeded upon the neighboring space or walkways.
This space does NOT come with any tables, chairs, dividers, or other ammenities. If you would like to order items, they can be directly purchased through the DECC website.
10'x10'- $50
10'x20'- $75
20'x20'- $100
Additional amenities such as internet, electrical hookup, additional tables/chairs may be purchased directly from the DECC with 2026 rates to be distributed closer to the event.

Any community partner who wishes to sell items may also apply for an exhibitor space and may be located throughout the exhibit hall.
