Food Vendors

We're looking for a variety of food vendors to help bring the flavors of fall to PumpkinFest! Whether you serve sweet treats, savory eats, seasonal favorites, or unique specialty items, we welcome vendors who can offer delicious, high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Vendor spaces are limited, and priority will be given to those offering fall-inspired menus, creative presentations, or locally sourced ingredients. All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations and provide any required permits or documentation.

This is a great opportunity to showcase your business to hundreds of festival-goers in a high-traffic, family-friendly event in the heart of our community.

Requirements:

• Must be self-contained (tent or food truck)

• Must have appropriate food service licenses and insurance

• Must commit to operating during all festival hours

• Power access is limited – please indicate if you need electricity

We’re especially looking for:

• Seasonal items (like caramel apples, cider, pumpkin spice treats)

• Comfort food and street food (from BBQ to tacos and more)

By submitting an application and participating as a food vendor in PumpkinFest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Event Date: October 16, 2025

• Location: 215 Pendleton Street, Waycross, GA 31501

• Festival Hours: 5:00-8:00pm

• Vendors must be fully set up and ready to operate at least 30 minutes before festival start time and remain open until the festival concludes.
