WE ARE ASKING FOR A $200 DEPOSIT TO ENSURE THAT WE WILL HAVE FOOD OFFERINGS FOR OUR ARTISANS AND GUESTS. 

 

There is no charge for space rental and no revenue share with the producers of the event. 
 
NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT FOR NO SHOWS, LEAVING EARLY OR CANCILLATION WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE EVENT!
 
Please show up and hour before the event (9:00 am), stay until after the event (3:00 pm).  YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU WITHIN FIVE DAYS FROM THE EVENT'S COMPLETION.  
 
This is an electronic agreement, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

JingleFest is coming to town! November 1st 10 AM – 3 PM St. Athanasius Parish Hall Get ready for a day full of holiday magic ✨, handmade treasures 🎁, festive vibes 🎄, and cozy cheer ☕! Shop unique gifts, seasonal décor, and one-of-a-kind crafts from local makers from around the region. COME EARLY!! The first 50 patrons through the door will receive coupons valued from $5 to $25! .  Whether you’re decking the halls or finding the perfect present, JingleFest is the place to start!

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.

1. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.

2. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, etc.

3. Please keep your items within your booth space.

4. No sales are permitted outside your space

.5. Booth spaces will be first come, first served basis, unless sponsor space is reserved.

6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.

7..Setup is between 7:00 am – 9:45 am Saturday morning.  Vehicles, trailers, etc must be move to the parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm

8. No music allowed except approved by show management.

9: There are no outside electric outlets  Generators are allowed.

10. All food truck/tent spaces are located outside near the entranc.

11. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.                                      Now onto the legal stuff...By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
