Participation Guidelines – Commercial Business Section
Vendor parking is located in the parking lot behind the Student Center at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church.
- Enter from North Main Street (Hwy 9)
- Look for event signage directing you to vendor parking
- After turning in, continue driving behind the Student Center to access the designated vendor parking area
⏰ Vendor Check-In & Setup
- Vendor check-in begins at 4:00 PM
- Booth activations must be fully set up and ready by 5:00 PM
- Exhibitors are required to remain until 10:00 PM
(No early breakdowns are allowed)
Booth & Equipment Requirements
- Booth fee: $200 per five-hour event
- Tent requirement: All tents must be white, 10×10 ft in size, and of basic show quality
- Weights required: A minimum of 40 lbs of weight must be securely attached to each tent leg using sandbags or a similar method
- Booth setup must stay within the 10×10 footprint – no overflow into public walkways or neighboring booths
- Interactive displays are welcome but must not interfere with foot traffic or other vendors
Event Atmosphere & Conditions
- The Alpharetta Moonlight Market is a rain or shine event
- Held in partnership with the On the Green Summer Concert Series
- Live music will be playing throughout the evening; please note that volume levels may fluctuate
⚠️ Event Policies & Requirements
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable – no exceptions
- Non-participation does not entitle the exhibitor to a refund
- In the event of extreme weather or natural disaster, the market considers this an “Act of God”, and no refunds will be issued if the event is canceled or partially canceled
- Vendor booth assignments are not guaranteed and may be changed without notice
- Tents must be white, and setups must follow all layout and safety guidelines
- Pre-event instructions (including booth assignment, arrival time, and setup instructions) will be emailed the Monday evening before the event date
Conduct, Clean-Up & Courtesy
- Carnival barking is not allowed – You may engage with attendees, but must do so respectfully and at a volume that does not disturb neighboring booths
- If offering handouts or prizes, you are required to provide a trash receptacle near your booth so guests can discard unwanted materials properly
- Exhibitors are responsible for removing all trash generated by their booth
- Failure to do so will result in disqualification from future events

By participating in the Alpharetta Moonlight Market, each exhibitor assumes all risks associated with their involvement, including (but not limited to) injury, loss, theft, property damage, weather-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. The event organizers, City of Alpharetta, and affiliated partners are not liable for any personal or business-related losses before, during, or after the event.
