About the application
This application should be used by nature & outdoor related businesses or artists/crafters, including non-food truck related food products (sauces, rubs, honey, maple syrup etc). Competing vendors are being limited.
10x10 vendor space, inside stadium under roof or outside available. Limited spots with electric. Set-up times are being scheduled to accommodate each vendor on Friday September 12th from 9 am to 5 pm or Saturday September 13th from 8 am to 10:30 am unless otherwise arranged with the event managers. Breakdown will be Saturday September 13th starting at 8 pm or with event manager permission Sunday, no early breakdowns unless otherwise approved in advance by event managers.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
There will be no refunds for any reason. Vendors will have a chance to renew their booths for the 2026 show before they go on sale to the public. Competing vendors are being limited. No soliciting or canvassing outside of your assigned booth space. Booth spaces are being assigned in the order in which full payment & application are received.
