CROCHET CATEGORY IS FILLED.
October 4th and 5th. Hours are 10-5 each day.
Located at the Smithtown Historical Society grounds 239 East Main Street, Smithtown. Plenty of free parking and free entry. Food trucks and live entertainment.
Featuring many crafters and local small business owners.
Spaces will be at 10'X10' plus spacing in between booths on grass or gravel with vendor parking at booth or in adjacent lot.
Since this is a 2 day event there are no rain dates or refunds. In case the whole event is cancelled (Both Days not including early closing) another weekend will be announced at the discretion of promoter and venue. This will be based on venue availability. A credit from the canceled event can be used.
Spaces are assigned as vendors arrive. Leave spacing between tents to allow vehicle to exit on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning allow other vendors in front of you to park in the row before pulling in. Vendors pulling in after 9:15 will need to park in adjacent lot.
One day rentals are allowed, lower daily rate for 2 days.

Show is 2 days rain or shine, no refunds. No weapons, drug paraphernalia, knockoff, or political merchandise.
All canopies must be securely weighted or staked to the ground.
Approval is at the discretion of the promoter.
