About the application

October 4th and 5th. Hours are 10-5 each day.

Located at the Smithtown Historical Society grounds 239 East Main Street, Smithtown. Plenty of free parking and free entry. Food trucks and live entertainment.

Featuring many crafters and local small business owners.

Spaces will be at 10'X10' plus spacing in between booths on grass or gravel with vendor parking at booth or in adjacent lot.

Since this is a 2 day event there are no rain dates or refunds. In case the whole event is cancelled (Both Days not including early closing) another weekend will be announced at the discretion of promoter and venue. This will be based on venue availability. A credit from the canceled event can be used.

Spaces are assigned as vendors arrive. Leave spacing between tents to allow vehicle to exit on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning allow other vendors in front of you to park in the row before pulling in. Vendors pulling in after 9:15 will need to park in adjacent lot.

One day rentals are allowed, lower daily rate for 2 days.

Arts, crafts, and new merchandise vendors are welcome. Food trucks. Live entertainment throughout the day. Hours are 10-5.

All canopies must be securely weighted or staked to the ground.

Approval is at the discretion of the promoter.

SATURDAY ONLY 10'x10' plus vehicle merchandise and prepackaged foods sales	$100.00	Non-refundable	Saturday only. Box trucks and trailers must book 2 spaces. One canopy per paid space. Show is 2 days rain or shine, no refunds. No weapons, drug paraphernalia, knockoff, or political merchandise.
SUNDAY ONLY 10'x10' space plus vehicle merchandise and prepackaged foods sales	$100.00	Non-refundable	Sunday only merchandise and prepackaged foods sales. Only 1 canopy per paid space. Vehicle can be parked next to booth. Box trucks and trailers must take 2 spaces. No knockoff, political, drug merchandise.
Space for food truck or food ready to eat 2 days	$275.00	Non-refundable	Food truck or food tent cooked on premise or ready to eat. Quiet generators. Must submit license and insurance. A temporary event permit needed if you don't have a yearly truck permit through Suffolk County.
Sponsor 10'X10' plus vehicle Non merchandise sales.	$750.00	Non-refundable	This is for businesses that are not selling merchandise for customers to take with them. Examples are home improvement, financial or insurance advisors, realtors, healthcare, or other local businesses. Space is on grass/gravel.
