Calling all vendors! Join us for a night of unified gospel music at the Colonnade in Ringgold, GA on August 29th and 30th. VONZARA Inc and Extreme Dreams Events invite you to be part of this exciting festival!

Sign up for our application process today! All applications will be screened. Once approved you will be given a payment link by email in which you will have 24-48Hrs for your card to be processed. Please do not sign up until you know you are ready to make payment upon approval. There will only be a certain number of each category type. So, don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity!

Vonzara Inc. and Xtreme Dream Events are excited to host the 2-Day Unified Gospel Music Fest and are currently seeking vendors and sponsors to help make this event a resounding success.

Event Details:
Unified Gospel Music Fest
Dates: August 29-30, 2025
Location: The Colonnade, 264 Catoosa Cir, Ringgold, GA 30736
This will be a hybrid event, featuring both indoor and outdoor activities.

Day 1 (August 29):

• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Outdoor: Entertainment, food vendors, and a KidZone
  • Indoor: Business vendors showcase

Day 2 (August 30):

• 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Outdoor: Entertainment, food vendors, and a KidZone
  • Indoor: Business vendors showcase
• 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Concert

Vendor Details:

• Indoor spaces: 8x8
• Outdoor spaces: 10x10  (larger for food trucks/trailers)
• Table and 2 chairs will be provided for indoor vendors only.

Important Note: Breakdown will not occur until Day 2. Vendors are welcome to leave their items on August 29, 2025, and securely store them overnight.

Vendor Fees for 2-Day Event:

 Merchandise/Service Vendors (nonfood)$220 (indoors)

 Merchandise/Service Vendors w/Trailers(nonfood)$300(outside)

 Food Vendors -Trucks/Trailers$370 (outside)

 Food Vendors - Tents/Carts - $300 (outside)

 NonProfit - $175 (inside or outside) - must show proof.

 Corporate Vendors - $400 (Outside or Inside) - Includes Featured on our FB/IG Platforms and other perks - see notes below to see if you fit in this category or not

✴️ All Kidzone Vendors will be sent a special package via email See Other Notes:  Note: Kidzone vendors are vendors that offer interactive vendors spaces for the children to be entertained like; Face Painters, Sand Art, Games, Coloring Table, Bounce Houses, Game Trucks, etc.  It does not mean for those that may sell children clothing, toys, tutoring, etc. you would be considered a Merchandise/Service Vendor.
  Note: Corporate Vendors are vendors that are businesses with more than one location throughout the USA.   Example: Amusement Parks,  Major Insurance Companies, Home Improvements, Cell Phone Companies, Sports Team, Entertainment Venues, Major Restaurants, Car Washes, etc.  Those that are not necessarily a small or entrepreneur company.
