About the application

Vendors may include businesses who wish to come to the park to promote their business. Sponsorship's are also available and may include banner placements, reserved seating, logo placement, tents, tables and chairs and other perks. Contact Amy for more details (adoherty@suwanee.com) This fee is JUST grass space at the event. Vendor must provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Vendors set up time is 4 pm. Vendor hours are 6 pm until 9:30 pm.

Terms & Conditions

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Non-profit booth $40 Non-refundable This fee is for a 501C3 group to participate at the event. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food that is NOT prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.
Business or Retail booth $150 Non-refundable Commercial businesses or retail business booths who are providing their own tent, table and chairs. Fee is per 10 foot by 10 foot space.
Application fees $10 Non-refundable Fee to submit application for approval. Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance. All vendors will be notified in a timely manor of acceptance.
