Haunted Car Showcase

Do you own an unusually antique or haunted car? A hearse? Or do you simply love cars and want to dress yours up for Halloween? You have come to the right place!

There will be no charge for the space, HOWEVER, you must follow the rules listed below and we can only host a maximum of 5 cars per day for the show. We would like to also make this a trunk-or-treat opportunity for kids on Sundays, so please bring candy! You will receive one free general admission pass for each day your car is being shown. Any additional attendees must purchase an event ticket. 

Rules:

1. You must park your car in your designated spot during vendor load-in and leave it until the end of the festival.

2. Your car absolutely MUST be themed. Dress it up if you have to! There will be a vetting process during the application, but if you submit a picture of your very normal car dressed in Halloween garb and your car shows up NAKED, you are dead meat. Obviously some cars like hearses can pass regardless.

3. Bring candy for a trunk or treat!

4. Not a requirement, but we encourage folks to dress up! Anything to add to the theme will make the fest just that more magical.

Terms and Conditions

I agree to arrive and set up for load-in within the time of 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM on each event day to be fully prepared for early entry at 1:30 PM. I understand that I must wait until the end of the event to pull my car out of the festival to avoid safety hazards. I understand that there is no outside alcohol allowed and that this is a rain-or-shine event.

I acknowledge that HauntFest, LLC, reserves the right to expel anyone from the event who causes any threat to the safety or integrity of the festival, its participants, or its staff. Disrespect will not be tolerated. I agree to react calmly and patiently to customer and volunteer conflicts and to ask for assistance when needed. I also agree to report if any misconduct has been witnessed during or before festival hours.

By completing this application, I agree to the Terms and Conditions contained herein with regard to HauntFest, LLC and the venue, and I give permission for images of my work to be used for promotion of the festival. I also agree to Hold Harmless, HauntFest, LLC and the venue, their staff, their affiliates, tenants, and committee members thereof, from any claim including limited injury to person, damage to property, loss by fire, theft, or any other cause, nor will I/we be a party to any lawsuit. This is a legal and binding Hold Harmless Agreement.
