JoMoCon Artist/Vendor Application

This is the application to become an artist or vendor in JoMoCon, the virtual fandom convention being hosted on Saturday, August 28th by the JoMoCon Committee. We are looking for artists and vendors who sell items that would appeal to the lovers of anime, sci-fi, fantasy, comic books, cult cinema, gaming, etc.

1. You must have all applicable business licenses and legal authority to sell any and all items that you post or sell during the course of the convention on the virtual platform provided by JoMoCon. 2. You will be completely responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees that are incurred by your activities during the course of the convention on the virtual platform provided by JoMoCon. 3. The $20 booth fee must be fully paid by Saturday, August 21st at midnight. 4. The $20 booth fee will be entirely donated to Hearts and Hammers of Joplin and is a non-refundable payment. 5. You will ensure that none of the content that you post on the vendor platform will contain any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. This applies to imagery, logos, text, symbols, etc. Adult content is prohibited from being exhibited or sold. 6. Your application to become a vendor in JoMoCon is done voluntarily with absolutely no guarantee of financial gain or expectation of a return benefit from the JoMoCon Committee or any affiliated entity. 7. You will henceforth hold the JoMoCon Committee, its members, and all other entities and individuals associated with JoMoCon completely harmless, innocent, and non-liable for any financial, material, emotional, mental, or physical damages or loss that happen to occur in the course of your participation in this convention. 8. The JoMoCon Committee reserves the right to refuse any applicant and/or expel any accepted vendor or artist at any time for violating the policies listed here.
