Join us in Historic Downtown Belmont for our annual Friday Night Live Concert series! The street party you know and love is back for an express summer schedule. Join us on Main Street July 23, August 6, and August 20, 2021 for some rockin' music and cold drinks!

About the application

To be considered as a vendor at the Friday Night Live Concert Series, please complete and sign this application. Vendor space is limited. Our goal is to bring local vendors to the forefront to provide a unique community-oriented experience by ensuring variety. The food/drink vendors may include any entrée/meal, snack foods and/or beverages (non-alcohol). Submission of an application does not guarantee participation at the events. Once application is received we will notify you of your status as quickly as possible.

Terms & Conditions

EVENT GUIDELINES: - Vendor selections will be made on the basis of your provided menu and availability. - Set-up must be complete by 6:30 pm. - Trucks must be open for sales and service from 7:00-11:00 pm* (no early departures allowed) - Trucks should be self-contained for water, electricity, lighting, etc. No electrical access will be provided. - In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to continue the event. For a total wash-out prediction, the DBDA will notify vendors of any cancellation by 3:00pm on event day. - All food items must be stored appropriately inside truck. Please do not pour grease or other contaminants on ground. Vendors must remove their trash. - Participation for any event is not confirmed until payment is received. - Cancellations must be made a minimum of one week (7 days) prior to event to be refunded vendor fee. - You must complete the "Temporary Food Event Vendor Application" and send to the Gaston County Environmental Health Department if accepted as a vendor. Please share a completed copy of that application with us. Note: Vendors may be inspected at any time by the Environmental Health Department or Fire Marshal to ensure compliance. Vendor fees will not be returned to any vendor found not to be in compliance and/or asked to discontinue sales. Vendor fees will also not be refunded for any reason outside of event cancellation.
