Johns Creek Recreation & Parks and Johns Creek Police present this Spooktacular Halloween-themed event for the entire family to enjoy. Wear your best costume for this community event that features candy, treats, and activities for kids, and refreshments! Trunk or Treat is a different spin on trick-or-treating where local businesses, organizations and community members decorate the trunk of their car, join us at Johns Creek City Hall, and pass out candy as kids “Trunk or Treat” from car to car.

Johns Creek Police Department presents this Spooktacular Halloween-themed event for the entire family to enjoy. Wear your best costume for this community event that features candy, DJ, dance floor, treats, and activities for kids, and food trucks! Please note that all proceeds from this event will benefit the Johns Creek Public Safety Foundation.

Terms & Conditions

Event is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct 23, 2024 from 6pm - 8pm and will be held at Johns Creek City Hall - 11360 Lakefield Drive, Johns Creek GA 30097.
Vendors should arrive between 12pm - 4:30pm to set-up. Your area will be marked. Please set up within the middle of your marked area. All vendors must be setup and ready by 5pm. At the completion of the event, vendors are required to clean up their area.
All vendors need to provide their own tent (no larger than 10x10), table (no longer than 8ft) and chairs. You will have approx. two parking spaces for your trunk.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own candy/treats. City will supplement.(Plan on 2500-3000 attending).
Electricity will be available to vendors.
Vendors are not allowed to sell items at this event.
Vendors are required to stay at their trunk. Vendors cannot solicit away from trunk.
Vendor booth, signs, information, activity, etc. shall not be political in nature.
Please note that all proceeds from this event will benefit the Johns Creek Public Safety Foundation.
The City of Johns Creek reserves the right to require vendors to provide a certificate of insurance (COI), minimum $1 General Liability coverage
The City of Johns Creek must be the certificate holder and identified as an "additional insured" on the COI.
