I understand and will follow fair competition practices, antitrust laws, and principles of good faith and fair dealing.
I understand Heart & Soul Books and/or staff assume no responsibility for the security of personal items, merchandise, or display items in my booth area.
I understand Heart and Soul Books is not a handicap-accessible location.
I understand I should be aware of and comply with all current rules and of the Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services, including inspections.
I will follow all the standards for safety and health for service, housekeeping, and cleaning throughout the Food Service Area.
I understand I must pay all state, county and local license fees and sales taxes that may be imposed on the sale of food and beverages through the Mobile Unit or Food Service Area and will provide the Venue Provider with a copy of the tax collection number/certificate.
I understand I am, at its sole expense, responsible for all licenses and permits necessary for the operation of the concession. The Vendor shall neatly post all licenses and permits.
I understand this event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued.
I understand I am responsible for my own general liability insurance.
I understand water hookups are not available.
I will not sublet all or part of my vendor space. This agreement cannot be reassigned and I understand that subletting my vendor space is not permitted.
I will leave my booth area as I found it, clean and empty. I will remove all cardboard and trash to the designated disposal areas.
I understand I can not move, change, or adjust book displays.
I understand that this is a family-friendly event and that alcohol and drugs are not permitted on the premises. Usage will result in immediate expulsion.
I understand Heart & Soul Books will provide marketing. I will use these marketing materials for any promotion and am responsible for marketing the event as well.
I understand vendor fees are due within 7 business days of agreement and are non-refundable.
