Non-Profit Application

We value our nonprofits and have always welcomed you to the Luther Pecan Festival. This year, we are trying something new: suggesting a nominal fee for nonprofit participants that will, in turn, support a fellow nonprofit, the Luther Historical Society, and its many projects to preserve our town's history and create more community spaces for everyone. The Luther Pecan Festival is a hallmark celebration of the pecan harvest, iconic Route 66, and unique holiday shopping. Held on Main Street, the festival's heart is a vibrant showcase of art and crafts featuring talented local artisans, with plenty of pecans to savor. The Luther Pecan Festival is on November 16, 2024.

Terms & Conditions

All vendors are responsible for their entire booth set up. (e.g., tables, chairs,

extension cords, displays, signs, etc.) 

Electricity will not be available for vendors. Generators must be used.
Vendors should provide a valid Oklahoma Sales Tax permit.

 

All vendors must pre-select a setup time. Setup for vendors begins at 2 pm on Friday, Nov. 15, or at daylight on Nov. 16. The festival opens 10 am on Sat., Nov. 16.

 

This is an OUTDOOR event, and most vendors will set up in the middle of the streets and will have neighbors in a layout that maximizes the flow of shoppers. Plan to secure your tent against wind.

Saturday, 11/16/24, 10 am - 7 pm. (One day only).

No vehicles are allowed in the artist area after the show begins unless your vehicle is part of your display. Vehicles are allowed during setup but PLEASE be patient and plan to safely and cautiously maneuver in and around other vendors. Overnight security on Friday will be provided. 

Artists will conduct their own monetary transactions. (Local sales tax is 8.5%.) Artists will remit their own sales tax to the State of Oklahoma. A sales tax permit number must be provided if applicable. Artists must clean the booth area and leave nothing when the festival ends. Please do not leave your trash here for us to clean up (and please break down your boxes).

 

The Luther Pecan Festival, Town of Luther, Dawn Shelton, or Shelton Media/The Luther Register are not responsible for accidents, loss or damage to property. Completion of the application does not guarantee a spot.
