About the registration

Requirements: Images: 5 (a booth shot is required) Non-refundable application fee: $30.00 All vendors are required to use only white tents unless otherwise approved by the Festival Committee. Please thoroughly read over the entire Application Rules, Limitation, and Procedures (attachment below), before filling out and submitting an application. A submitted application constitutes a contract to follow those rules and regulations and accept Festival terms (below).

Terms & Conditions

A vendor understands that the space size they lease shall accommodate their unit, including any hitch and awnings and that they will be charged for additional space should they go over their designated area. Space is limited, and all equipment, supplies, and display must be located within the dimensions of the designated space. The overall appearance of the vendor’s vending area, as well as the vendor’s staff, is considered for involvement in future events. Vendors agree to keep their lease space and surrounding area clean and clear of all garbage and debris. Within their own space, vendors will provide garbage containers for their customers’ use. I have reviewed this entire application and agree to abide by the requirements set forth by this application and certify all work for sale is handmade by the seller and not mass-produced. Furthermore, by signing below I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Jekyll Island Authority from any claims whatsoever arising from my participation as a vendor and any theft, loss, or damage to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of Jekyll Island Authority during the Shrimp & Grits Festival. No refunds or credits will be issued for vendor cancellation, inclement weather cancellation, or an act of God.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 5
  • In order for the vendor application to be considered and reviewed by the festival committee, the vendor must have all of the following: Three photos of the vendors' product. One photo of the vendor creating their product. One photo of the vendors' booth. This shot must be of the overall setup/outside appearance of the booth as it will be at our festival. Food Truck Vendors must submit a menu and a Certificate of Liability upon acceptance in addition to the photos required.
