About the application

Calling all performers! The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District is looking for talented performers and groups to perform at the pancake breakfast on the morning of the Fair Oaks Chicken Festival (Sept. 21, 24). Pancake breakfast happens at the Orangevale/Fair Oaks Grange (5807 Walnut Ave. Orangevale, CA).  To be considered as a performer or demonstration group, please fill out the entire application form and submit no later than July 15 , 2024. No compensation will be paid to the performer(s) or demonstration group(s). Performances will be between 8am-9:45am. FORPD will do our best to work with your group but ultimately the performance time and details will be decided by FORPD and what works best for the event itself. FORPD will notify each individual or group after the deadline with a completed schedule.

Terms & Conditions

Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District will equip the performance stage with the following: single standing speaker, (can plug in an auxiliary cord), one microphone, and one microphone stand. All other equipment above and beyond what is provided will need to be brought, set up, and cleaned up by you or your group. Electrical outlets are available within 10 feet of the performance stage. Please note, you will not be able to leave props or equipment on stage, as we will have rotating performances. All performances shall be family-friendly in nature. No vulgar music, lyrics, props, or performances are allowed. All music will be prescreened by event staff for approval.
