About the application

Panelists at ImmerseCon 2024 are allotted a 1.5-hour slot to lead discussions or presentations, either on the central stage or in a designated conference room. This opportunity allows industry experts, educators, and enthusiasts to share insights, engage with the audience, and discuss various topics in gaming and STEM.

Terms & Conditions

This application is subject to all ImmerseCon 2024 terms and conditions which can be found at immersecon.com/terms.
 
Time Allocation: Each panel is allocated a 1.5-hour slot, including setup and takedown.

Content Guidelines: Panel topics should be relevant to gaming, STEM, or related fields and suitable for a wide audience.

Equipment Use: Basic audio/visual equipment will be provided. Specific requirements must be submitted in advance.

Conduct and Speech: Panelists are expected to maintain professional conduct and speech.

Audience Engagement: Interaction with the audience is encouraged, but respect and inclusivity must be maintained.
