Immersecon is an annual convention that seamlessly blends the worlds of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and gaming. Immersecon aims to craft an immersive experience on a large scale that caters to a diverse audience, ranging from avid gamers and tech enthusiasts to educators, students and industry professionals.

Display and Sales: Artists are responsible for the setup of their displays and sales transactions.
Intellectual Property: Artists must have rights to all displayed work. Counterfeit or unlicensed reproductions are strictly prohibited. *All deliverables are on refundable under any circumstance
