Terms & Conditions

This application is subject to all ImmerseCon 2024 terms and conditions which can be found at immersecon.com/terms.
 
Space Allocation: Artists are provided with a 6x8 space. Space must be used responsibly and creatively.

Power Access: If power is needed, it must be requested during registration. Availability is limited and may incur extra charges.

Content Regulation: Artwork should be suitable for all audiences and primarily focused on gaming and related themes.
 
*All deliverables are non-refundable under any circumstance

Display and Sales: Artists are responsible for the setup of their displays and sales transactions.

Intellectual Property: Artists must have rights to all displayed work. Counterfeit or unlicensed reproductions are strictly prohibited.
