It's a perfect place for artists to connect with fans and sell their unique creations. Includes:One (1) 6x2.5 Table

About the event

Immersecon is an annual convention that seamlessly blends the worlds of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and gaming. Immersecon aims to craft an immersive experience on a large scale that caters to a diverse audience, ranging from avid gamers and tech enthusiasts to educators, students and industry professionals.

oThis application is subject to all ImmerseCon 2024 terms and conditions which can be found at immersecon.com/terms. Space Allocation: Artists are provided with a 6x8 space. Space must be used responsibly and creatively.
Power Access: If power is needed, it must be requested during registration. Availability is limited and may incur extra charges.
Content Regulation: Artwork should be suitable for all audiences and primarily focused on gaming and related themes. *All deliverables are non-refundable under any circumstance
Display and Sales: Artists are responsible for the setup of their displays and sales transactions.
Intellectual Property: Artists must have rights to all displayed work. Counterfeit or unlicensed reproductions are strictly prohibited. *All deliverables are on refundable under any circumstance
