About the event

KuroNeko Cultural Association presents KuroNekoCon: an anime, culture, and inclusion convention based in Spokane, WA. KuroNeko Cultural Association is a nonprofit corporation based in Spokane Washington whose mission is to promote and support community involvement, acceptance of diversity, and understanding of culture through the use of both traditional and contemporary media. Our largest annual event, KuroNekoCon is hosted in the heart of downtown Spokane each summer to take part in a three day community event celebrating Japanese pop culture, individuality, diversity, and artistic and creative expression. The KuroNeko Cultural Association is staffed by a group of dedicated individuals who volunteer their time towards the organization’s mission. All positions are unpaid volunteer positions; 100% of our budget is allotted towards our events and community support.

Prices

Standard Inline Exhibit Booth	$250.00	Non-refundable	One 6’ x 2’ table and 2 chairs will be provided per booth. Additional chairs may be provided if needed. Vendors may also bring their own additional equipment such as tables or displays. Displays may not exceed a total height of 6 feet above the tabletop and must be securely mounted in order to resist collapsing. The Organizer reserves the right to deny the use of any such equipment if the Organizer or the Facility deems it unsafe. Access to electricity will be available for an additional charge and must be requested upon purchase of booth space. Access to an internet connection is subject to change, dependent on the Gala Facility's capabilities, and is not guaranteed by the Organizer.
Exhibitor Corner Booth	$300.00	Non-refundable	One 6' x 2' table and 2 chairs will be provided per booth. Additional chairs may be provided if requested via email to the Exhibit Manager at least 2 weeks prior to the dates of the Convention. Exhibitors may also bring their own additional equipment such as tables or displays. The Organizer reserves the right to deny the use of any such equipment if the Organizer or the Convention Facility deems it unsafe. Access to electricity will be available for an additional charge and must be requested upon purchase of booth space. Access to an internet connection is subject to change, dependent on the Convention Facility's capabilities, and is not guaranteed by the Organizer
Electricity to Booth	$35.00	Non-refundable	If you need power access during the convention it is a flat fee of $35 dollars for the weekend. Power access is not guaranteed if it is not reserved in advance.
