About the event

The Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo is entering our 104th year and is the largest County Fair in Oregon and the largest annual event east of the Cascades. The Fair dates are July 31-August 4, 2024.

About the application

Please fill out this application completely, missing sections will require us to decline the application. You will have to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged unless accepted as a vendor.  Upon acceptance, you will receive an email providing you 14 days to send in a check if you would prefer to pay that way.  If you have any questions, contact Brandi Ebner, DCFR Vendor Coordinator at brandi.ebner@deschutes.org or 541-585-7208.

There is a limited number of booths available in certain areas of the fair.  2022 returning vendors will have the first rights to same booth if application is received by March 15, 2024. Starting March 16, we will reserve spaces based on order applications are received.  
 
Upon being accepted, we will send you a contract which you will need to return by May 31, 2024 as well as General Liability insurance documentation in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 aggregate (minimum) naming Deschutes County, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers as additional insured.  The business name on your insurance MUST match the business name listed on this application.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds can be requested prior to July 1, 2024 (no refunds are permitted after this date).  Refunds will be issued by check for the booths fees minus processing fee.

10'x10' booth behind your frontage space SOLD OUT This pricing is for each 10'x10' booth that sits behind the frontage booths. You must pay for a full price booth before you can add this behind it. For example a 20'x20' would be charged full price for 2 booths and this rate for 2 booths.

  • What type of booth do you have?
  • Do you give out food/beverage samples?
  • How much electricity do you need? (1) 110 outlet will be provided per booth, additional power will be charged at $50 per 110 outlet and $200 per 50 amp plug. A 50 amp plug is a considerable amoutn of power and unnessary for the majority of electrial needs.
  • Do you need a fork lift to unload/load?
  • Were you an outdoor vendor in 2023 at the DCFR? And would you like the same space?
  • I understand that ALL aspects of my booth MUST fit inside the booth size that I chose - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • I understand that my booth must be fully open at all hours of the fair and that closing early on any day (especially Sunday) will result in not being allowed to return to the DCFR:
  • Do you need full hook-up RV camping?
  • Did you read the new Commercial Vendor Handbook? You will be required to agree to the rules and policies listed within it.
