Berks Pride Fest 2024 Tickets

Event is Rain or Shine, as such there are no refunds. Attendees are encouraged to purchase advance tickets and save time & $. Advance tickets offer discounted admission & faster entry as there will be a separate line. Advance tickets are available until midnight On July 21st for $5. Day of admission will be $8. Attendees should be advised of the following policies in place to keep everyone safe. -No Weapons of any kind allowed. All in attendance will pass through metal detectors at the security gate. If there is a medical reason why you cannot, you should advise a team member and they can do an alternate security search. -Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets or folding chairs to enjoy the show. (If they are bagged, you may be asked to take it out.) -Small containers or sunblock & bug spray are allowed and encouraged as are umbrellas. -No outside food or drinks allowed. water will be provided free at the festival. -No bags / backpacks allowed. With the following exceptions. Small purses, wallets, clear or see-through bags, & Fannie packs are fine. If you must carry a bag, it should be a clear see through bag. -Exceptions to the no bag or outside food and drink policy can be made for medically necessary items. Bags & items that are medically necessary including baby bags will be allowed but are subject to search. -The festival is smoke/Vape free except in designated smoking areas. This includes the use of Medical marijuana. Please see our Prohibited / acceptable or exempt graphics regarding what is allowed and what isn't. -Wristbands required for re-entry. If you must leave the festival for any reason, please ask for a wristband for re-entry. Those without a wristband will charged another admission or denied entry. -All attendees must be ticketed. Children under 12 are free with an accompanying adult, but adults must claim tickets for the child and present them at admission. -All attendees must proceed to the main entrance. Anyone found to be climbing over or disturbing the fencing will be immediately asked to leave. -The fastest entrance to the festival is at the advance purchase line. All others must use the regular admission line. -As per PA Liquor Code: Any visibly overly intoxicated persons may be denied entry and will not be served at the bar. Pride Bars are 21+. *Very important: If you happen to pass any protesters on your way in, please ignore them and do not engage. We will have security handling any protesters. * *Attendees are not allowed to hand our literature of any kind. *Bullhorns, speakers or sound/voice amplifiers of any kinds are banned from the festival grounds unless operated by a Reading Pride team member, vendor, contractor, or sponsor. *As this is a private event, protesters must stay in the designated area outside of the festival grounds. Any protesters not abiding by this or causing disruptions will be escorted out by security or the police if necessary. Protesters are subject to our protester policy.
