By registering for and/or attending Ink & Impact: Juneteenth Author Showcase, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. General Admission This event is open to the public. All attendees must be properly registered (if required) and agree to follow all event policies and staff instructions. 2. Code of Conduct This is a respectful, community-centered event. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward speakers, attendees, staff, or volunteers will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without warning. 3. Photography & Media Release By attending, you grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be captured in photos and video recordings for promotional and marketing use by the event organizers, sponsors, and partners. 4. Event Changes Event details, including schedule, speakers, and programming, are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort will be made to communicate updates when possible. 5. Personal Responsibility Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 6. Health & Safety Attendees agree to follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions from event staff and venue personnel. Any emergencies should be reported immediately to event staff. 7. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who does not comply with these terms or poses a risk to the safety or experience of others. 8. Liability Waiver By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event and release the organizers, partners, sponsors, and venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damages incurred.
