CHAOTICON 2026 – Event Rules & Guidelines By attending CHAOTICON Year 2 (Nov 21–22, 2026 at LaPorte Civic Auditorium), you agree to the following: -Entry & Tickets Valid ticket required for all attendees. Children 10 & under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable without organizer approval. - Prohibited Items Outside food or drinks (medical exceptions apply) Weapons of any kind, including real, replica, or cosplay prop weapons Fireworks, open flames, or hazardous materials Illegal substances Bags and cosplay props are subject to search at any time - Cosplay & Conduct Cosplay is welcome—but cosplay is not consent Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unwanted touching will not be tolerated Attendees may be removed for misconduct without refund - Safety & Venue Rules Follow instructions from staff, volunteers, and venue personnel Attendees enter at their own risk; organizers are not liable for injury or lost/stolen items Only authorized vendors, food trucks, and artists may access restricted areas - Photography & Media By attending, you consent to photography, video, and recordings for promotional or archival purposes - Event Changes Schedules, guests, vendors, and layouts may change without notice No refunds for changes, cancellations, or missed activities Reminder: All bags, cosplay props, and toy weapons are subject to search for the safety of all attendees.
