Bourbon & Brisket Festival – Terms & Conditions Applicable to Attendees, Vendors, Partners, and Sponsors 1. General Event Policies 1.1. The Bourbon & Brisket Festival (“Event”), hosted by Goin’ Social Events, will take place rain or shine on June 21st at The Battery Atlanta. 1.2. By attending, participating, or partnering in the Event, all individuals and entities agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 1.3. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time. 2. Attendee Terms 2.1. Admission to the Event is free and open to all ages. 2.2. Attendees participate at their own risk. Goin’ Social Events, The Battery Atlanta, and all affiliated partners are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property. 2.3. Alcohol consumption is restricted to individuals aged 21+ with valid government-issued ID. 2.4. Attendees must follow all staff instructions, posted signage, and local laws. 2.5. Outside alcohol, unauthorized vending, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. 2.6. Photography and videography may be used by Goin’ Social Events for promotional purposes. Attendance grants permission to use your likeness without compensation. 3. Vendor Terms 3.1. Vendor applications open January 5th at 5 PM. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. 3.2. Approved vendors will be notified via email and must complete all required forms and payments by stated deadlines. 3.3. Vendors must hold all appropriate permits, licenses, and insurance required by Georgia law and The Battery Atlanta. 3.4. Food vendors must comply with all health department requirements. 3.5. Vendors must arrive, set up, and break down during the designated times provided by event staff. 3.6. No vendor may sell outside of their assigned booth space or share space without prior approval. 3.7. All equipment, tents, tables, and supplies must be provided by the vendor unless otherwise stated. 3.8. Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and safety of their area. 3.9. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates rules or engages in unsafe or inappropriate conduct. 3.10. All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the Event is fully canceled. 4. Sponsor Terms 4.1. Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and require a signed agreement. 4.2. Sponsors must submit logos, marketing materials, and deliverables by required deadlines. 4.3. Goin’ Social Events is not responsible for printing delays or missed deadlines caused by the sponsor. 4.4. Sponsor benefits, inclusions, and placements are outlined in the official sponsorship agreement and may not be altered unless mutually agreed upon. 4.5. Sponsorship payments are non-refundable. 5. Partner Terms 5.1. Approved partners must comply with all event procedures, communication protocols, and branding guidelines. 5.2. Partnerships may require additional documentation depending on activation type. 5.3. Any promotional activity or on-site activation must be pre-approved by Goin’ Social Events. 5.4. Partners may not imply exclusive rights or endorsements without a written agreement. 6. Safety & Liability 6.1. All participants (attendees, vendors, sponsors, and partners) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, its staff, volunteers, The Battery Atlanta, and affiliated organizations. 6.2. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to remove any individual or entity whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates event rules. 6.3. In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or directives from authorities, event activities may be paused, adjusted, or canceled for safety. 6.4. Weapons, fireworks, drones, open flames (except approved vendor uses), and illegal items are prohibited. 7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations 7.1. Vendor and sponsorship payments are non-refundable except in the rare case of full event cancellation. 7.2. Partial event delays, weather interruptions, or schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds. 7.3. If the event is canceled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control (weather, emergencies, government order), Goin’ Social Events is not liable for damages or financial loss. 8. Marketing, Media & Branding 8.1. By participating in the Event, all attendees, vendors, partners, and sponsors grant permission for Goin’ Social Events to capture and use photos, video, and audio for promotional purposes. 8.2. Vendors and sponsors must use approved event branding and logos only as permitted by their agreements. 8.3. Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials outside of approved areas is prohibited. 9. Acceptance of Terms By attending or participating in any capacity—including as an attendee, vendor, partner, or sponsor—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
