Buds & Bubbly: Sunset Soiree Tickets

By purchasing a ticket to or attending Buds & Bubbly, you voluntarily agree to the following legally binding terms. These conditions are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests and provide legal protection for the event and its affiliates. 1. Release of Liability You acknowledge and agree that Buds & Bubbly, its organizers, owners, affiliates, staff, agents, vendors, venue operators, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, and other attendees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, theft, property loss or damage, accident, incident, or claim of any kind, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, on or off event premises. You waive the right to bring any claim, lawsuit, or legal action against the Released Parties for any such occurrences. 2. Assumption of Risk Attendance at Buds & Bubbly involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness (including contagious diseases), emotional distress, property loss, and other unforeseen events. By entering the venue, you assume full responsibility for these risks and attend at your own discretion. 3. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your actions, participation, or violation of these terms. 4. Personal Belongings Attendees are solely responsible for their personal property. The Released Parties are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. 5. Medical Emergencies In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize event staff or emergency personnel to obtain necessary treatment on your behalf. You agree to bear the full cost of any medical services rendered and release the Released Parties from any liability resulting from such treatment. 6. Photography, Video, and Media Use By attending Buds & Bubbly, you consent to being photographed and filmed. You grant the event organizers the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in any promotional or commercial materials, without compensation. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you must avoid designated media areas and inform on-site photographers directly. 7. Canna Use Disclaimer Buds & Bubbly is a flower-friendly experience. Canna is not sold or distributed by the organizers. Attendees who choose to consume must do so in accordance with local laws and at their own discretion. You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. You are fully responsible for your behavior and well-being. The organizers do not assume any liability for legal, medical, or personal consequences related to canna use. You agree not to share, sell, or distribute canna to others. 8. Binding Agreement These terms represent a binding agreement between the attendee and the event organizers and apply to all ticket holders, guests, and participants. By attending, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms listed here. This agreement is binding upon your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. 9. Right to Refuse Entry or Eject The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any individual who is intoxicated, disorderly, disruptive, endangering others, or in violation of any event policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 10. Ticket Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason, including illness, weather, or personal schedule conflicts. In the case of postponement, tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event. In the rare case of a full cancellation, refund or credit options may be provided at the organizers’ discretion. 11. Force Majeure The organizers shall not be held liable for any delays, rescheduling, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, venue damage, acts of war, public health emergencies, or any other force majeure event. 12. Consent to Search For the safety of all guests, the event reserves the right to search persons and personal belongings upon entry. Refusal to consent to a search may result in denial of entry without refund.
