Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
Sponsorship Commitment
Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee acceptance. Event organizers reserve the right to approve or decline any sponsorship application at their discretion.
Payment Requirements
Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until full payment has been received. All sponsorship fees must be paid by the stated deadline to ensure inclusion in event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Use of Sponsor Name and Logo
By participating as a sponsor, the sponsor grants the event organizers permission to use the organization's name, logo, and approved marketing materials for promotional purposes related to the event.
Marketing Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing logos, advertisements, and other promotional materials by the specified deadlines. Organizers are not responsible for missed promotional opportunities resulting from late submissions.
Event Changes
Event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, format, or activities as necessary. Sponsorship benefits may be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Any approved refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
Compliance with Laws and Policies
Sponsors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and event policies. Sponsors may not engage in activities that are disruptive, discriminatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the event.
Liability
Sponsors agree to hold harmless the event organizers, venue, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the sponsor's participation in the event.
Photography and Media Release
Sponsors acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other media may be captured during the event and may be used by event organizers for future promotional and marketing purposes.
Agreement
By submitting this application, the sponsor certifies that all information provided is accurate and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
