Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Commitment & Payment All sponsorship commitments must be confirmed in writing and paid in full by the agreed‑upon deadline. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until full payment has been received. Non‑Refundable Policy All sponsorship payments are non‑refundable. In the event the sponsor chooses to cancel after submitting payment, no refund will be issued. Use of Logos & Branding Sponsors grant the event organizer the right to use their name, brand, and logo for promotional and marketing materials associated with the God Music Fashion Experience. Compliance with Event Guidelines Sponsors and any representatives attending the experience agree to adhere to the venue’s rules, policies, and regulations, as well as any policies and directions set forth by the event organizer. Right of Refusal The event organizer reserves the right to reject or remove any sponsor or their representatives from the experience at any time if their behavior, materials, or offerings are deemed inappropriate, misaligned with the event’s mission, or disruptive to the event. Limitation of Liability The sponsor assumes all responsibility for their participation, equipment, and materials. The event organizer and venue assume no liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged property or any injury to sponsors or their representatives. Force Majeure In the event that the experience is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., acts of God, pandemic restrictions, venue issues), the sponsor’s agreement will be honored for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued. Final Agreement These terms and conditions, along with the signed agreement and proof of payment, comprise the final agreement between the sponsor and the event organizer. By submitting payment, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
