3. Attendee Marketing Materials: Sponsors may provide approved flyers, coupons, business cards, or other marketing materials for distribution to every attendee. Sponsors are responsible for supplying sufficient materials by the deadline provided by The MelaMarkets.

6. Event Changes: The MelaMarkets reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event programming, scheduling, and promotional materials. Sponsors will be notified of relevant cancellations or rescheduling.
