Terms & Conditions

2026 Sonoma County Juneteenth Festival: Sponsorship Terms By submitting this application, the Sponsor agrees to the following: Payment & Deadlines: Full payment of the sponsorship fee must be received by May 15, 2026. Failure to submit payment may result in the forfeiture of promotional benefits (logo placement, etc.). Logo & Branding: Sponsor grants the Festival a non-exclusive license to use their name and logo for promotional purposes related to the 2026 event. High-resolution files must be provided by the sponsor. Event Changes: The Festival Committee reserves the right to adjust event details (location within the park, schedule, etc.) as necessary. The event is Rain or Shine. Liability: The Festival is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to the Sponsor’s property or personnel during the event. Sponsors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the Sponsor, a refund of [Insert %, e.g., 50%] will be issued if notice is given 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after this date. Conduct: All sponsors and their representatives must adhere to the community-focused and inclusive spirit of Juneteenth. The Festival reserves the right to remove any sponsor who violates community standards.

Cash sponsorship	$20,000.00	Non-refundable	As our Premiere Presenting Sponsor, your brand will be synonymous with the 2026 Sonoma County Juneteenth Festival. This top-tier package includes 'Presented By' naming rights on all marketing materials, the largest premium 20x20 booth space, 10 VIP passes, and a dedicated speaking opportunity on the main stage. Your logo will be featured prominently on the event's official t-shirt and all physical street banners throughout the festival.
Cash sponsorship	$15,000.00	Non-refundable	As a Major Festival Partner, your organization will receive premier brand integration across all festival platforms. This elite package includes prominent logo placement on the main stage banner, a double-sized (20x10) premium booth space, and 'Presented By' recognition in all radio and digital advertisements.
