This year, the Downtown Georgetown Association transforms Historic Downtown Georgetown into a classic Christmas experience for a FREE THREE-DAY EVENT filled with festive fun. Kick off your holiday season with joyful, family-friendly activities at the 45th Annual Christmas Stroll. From cherished traditions to festive entertainment, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t miss the Christmas Parade on Saturday morning—a highlight of the Stroll! Afterward, stop by Santa’s Workshop for a photo opportunity, enjoy Whoo Hair and face painting, and explore over 200 artisan, craft, and boutique vendors offering unique holiday gifts. Enjoy live music and entertainment, delicious dining options, and seasonal treats from local restaurants and food vendors. Be sure to stroll through the Square’s beautifully decorated storefronts, take festive photos, and soak in every moment of this beloved Georgetown tradition. Grab your family and friends and join us for an unforgettable holiday experience at the 45th Annual Georgetown Christmas Stroll! Friday: A Festive Start to the Stroll December 4: 4:00pm – 9:30pm Kickoff Celebration: Join us for a festive evening with live entertainment and the grand illumination of Downtown Georgetown’s holiday lights, transforming the Square into a beautifully lit Christmas setting. It’s the perfect way to welcome the season, sip on hot cocoa, and share in the excitement of the Stroll. Vendor Preview: Get a first look at gifts for everyone on your list. Stroll through over 200 vendor booths featuring handcrafted décor, artisan goods, and boutique treasures. Friday evening is the perfect time to shop for one-of-a-kind finds. Stroll the Square: Explore the beautifully decorated storefronts of Historic Downtown Georgetown. Browse local boutiques and specialty shops offering exclusive promotions and early holiday deals. Saturday: Parade, Shopping & Family Fun December 5: 10:00am – 9:30pm Christmas Parade: A crowd favorite! Watch festive floats, performers, and community groups fill the streets with holiday spirit. Parade begins at 10:00am. Santa, Whoo Hair & Face Painting: Visit Santa on the courthouse lawn for photos, enjoy Whoo Hair makeovers, and let face painters add festive flair for the whole family. Vendor Booths & Food Trucks: Browse rows of artisan vendors offering unique gifts and enjoy a variety of food trucks and seasonal favorites. Shop Local Boutiques: Explore Downtown Georgetown’s charming shops, filled with holiday décor, gifts, and dining options perfect for a festive outing. The 45th Annual Hometown Christmas Stroll "A Season to Gather" Kick off the holiday season in Historic Downtown Georgetown for a FREE three-day celebration filled with festive cheer, live entertainment, shopping, and family-friendly activities. The Downtown Georgetown Association invites you to experience the 45th Annual Christmas Stroll, transforming the Square into a vibrant holiday destination featuring twinkling lights, beautifully decorated storefronts, and over 200 artisan, craft, and boutique vendors offering unique gifts for everyone on your list. In 2025, the event welcomed over 70,000 attendees, and this year promises to bring even more visitors together to celebrate the season in the heart of Georgetown. Enjoy live music throughout the weekend, delicious food from local restaurants and food vendors, and a full schedule of seasonal entertainment. Families can look forward to special activities for kids, photo opportunities, and visits with Santa on the Square. Don’t miss the Christmas Parade on Saturday morning—one of the most anticipated events of the weekend—bringing energy, music, and celebration to the heart of downtown. Take your time exploring the Square, enjoying the sights and sounds of the season, and making lasting holiday memories with family and friends. I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2026 Christmas Stroll at my own risk and hereby release the Downtown Georgetown Association, Williamson County, and the City of Georgetown, from any liability arising from this event or the use of City premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of City premises during an event. Such indemnity adheres to the Rules and Regulations included in this application package as well as the rules and regulations outlined online. TERMS & AGREEMENT By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by all vendor policies, including: The DGA Christmas Stroll event is a rain-or-shine event, and no refunds will be issued for any circumstances including inclement weather. I am responsible for providing my own setup, including tables, chairs, and tents with proper weights. I understand that all sales and transactions are my responsibility. I will comply with all local health and safety regulations. I release and hold harmless the Downtown Georgetown Association, the City of Georgetown, and Williamson County from any liability, loss, or damage.
