About the event

Come Out With Pride, Inc. is the proud 501(c)(3) non-profit organization behind Orlando’s beloved LGBTQIA+ Pride celebration. Every October, we light up the heart of Central Florida in honor of National Coming Out Day, creating a powerful and joyful space where everyone can live boldly, proudly, and authentically—even if it’s the only day all year they feel safe to do so. With over 235,000 attendees in 2025, Come Out With Pride has become one of the largest Pride celebrations in the Southeast and the biggest single-day event in Central Florida—a dazzling day of unity, visibility, and unapologetic joy. But our impact doesn’t stop after the confetti settles. Come Out With Pride is a year-round movement dedicated to building inclusive spaces, uplifting LGBTQIA+ voices, and shifting hearts and minds. We strive to create a world where everyone—regardless of gender, identity, or orientation—can thrive and be celebrated. Join us and be part of something bigger. Because Pride isn’t just a day. Terms & Conditions

Please know, by submitting this application, you are committing to your Pride Partnership. Once your application is approved, Come Out With Pride will start meeting our sponsorship deliverables, you will be directly invoice and will be held responsible for this commitment. Level amounts are based on a cash donation or in some cases an in-kind trade based on the current documented market value of provided goods and services (including media and advertising services). Benefits expire if unused and cannot be exchanged or transferred without prior approval. Small businesses and non-profits with 20 or fewer employees and under $2M in annual revenue will receive 50% off Silver & Bronze base levels. Limited time offer. Expires 8/31. We reserve the right to verify an organization’s status in order to qualify. Due to size of the festival & parade, we do our best to accommodate special requests; however, they will be at a case by case basis. Mobile units will only be considered for Gold and higher sponsorship levels.

Tent	$375.00	Non-refundable	If you would like to rent a 10x10 industrial tent from us, choose the exact number of tents you need. One white industrial tent - heavy-duty, weather-resistant shelter constructed with a robust metal frame and durable, white fabric, designed for commercial use. For example, if you are registering for one space, choose one tent. If you are registering for two spaces and want two tents, choose two tents.
Additional 10’ x 10’ Space	$521.00	Non-refundable	Add additional 10’ x 10’ exhibitor space may be added beyond what is included in your sponsorship to expand your on-site activation and increase your brand presence.
Electrical Access (110V)	$410.00	Non-refundable	Partners are responsible for providing their own extension cords and power strips necessary to use the electrical access provided. Extension cords must be 12 gauge heavy duty cords and should be at least 25 feet in length. Come Out With Pride, Inc. does not provide extension cords or power strips.
1 Walker Parade Unit	$175.00	Non-refundable	This charge is to add an additional 50 walkers to your base parade unit included in your Sponsorship Package. *1 parade unit is defined as: 50 walkers, one vehicle (not a float), or one float with tow vehicle. COWP does not provide vehicles, floats, or décor. Special requests are considered case-by-case. Mobile units are available only for Gold and higher sponsorship levels.
1 Golf Cart/Small Vehicle/Similar (< 8 ft)	$115.00	Non-refundable	This cost is to add one golf cart/small vehicle (measuring less than 8 ft) to your base parade unit. *1 parade unit is defined as: 50 walkers, one vehicle (not a float), or one float with tow vehicle. COWP does not provide vehicles, floats, or décor. Special requests are considered case-by-case. Mobile units are available only for Gold and higher sponsorship levels.
1 Additional Vehicle (8ft -20 ft)	$325.00	Non-refundable	This cost is to add one vehicle (measuring 8ft -20 ft) to your base parade unit. *1 parade unit is defined as: 50 walkers, one vehicle (not a float), or one float with tow vehicle.
