Get ready for a spooktacular day of FREE, family-friendly Halloween fun in Downtown Livermore! Join us Saturday, October 24, from 10 AM–1 PM for trick-or-treating, live music, a costume contest, kids’ activities, games, and more! Designed for children in 5th grade and under, families can enjoy trick-or-treating at participating downtown businesses, along with Halloween-themed kids’ activities, costume contest and trick-or-treating hosted by local businesses at Carnegie Park. Please Note: This year, the kids’ activity booths and costume contest will be temporarily relocated to Carnegie Park at Third and J Streets to accommodate the temporary Elephant Migration Art Display. Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy one of Downtown Livermore’s favorite Halloween traditions with your family! Businesses: Booth space at Carnegie Park is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be accepted through October 9 or until spaces are filled. Submission of an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance.

This free, family-friendly event draws hundreds of local families with children in 5th grade and under for a morning full of festive fun, including a costume contest, live music, games, and trick-or-treating at participating downtown businesses. The excitement continues at Stockmen’s Park, where even more trick-or-treating awaits, hosted by local vendors and organizations. Kidz Town King/Queen of Halloween (presenting sponsor)	$5,500.00	Non-refundable	As the Kidz Town King or Queen of Halloween, you’ll reign supreme as the presenting sponsor of the 2025 Kidz Town Halloween Hay Day. This top-tier sponsorship comes with premier exposure and recognition, positioning your business as a key supporter of one of Livermore’s most beloved family events. Your name or logo will be featured prominently on all event marketing materials, including flyers, banners, the official event website, and social media promotions. You'll receive a premium booth space in a high-traffic area, plus the opportunity to host a signature activity or attraction, such as a photo booth, mini pumpkin patch, or the costume contest stage. Your logo will also appear on key event signage.
