About the application

As a Founding Member of the Myrtle Beach Jazz Foundation, you become part of the festival's history from its very first year, with a level of access and recognition unavailable to General VIP ticket holders. Membership is capped each year to preserve an intimate, elevated experience. MYRTLE BEACH JAZZ FOUNDATION — Founding Member Terms & Conditions All Sales Final: Founding Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for any reason, including inability to attend. Valid for 2: Membership covers 2 people. Both guests must be present together to redeem lounge and seating benefits unless otherwise approved. Locked-In Rate: The $1,000 rate applies only to memberships purchased during the 2026 inaugural year, and renews annually at this rate as long as membership stays active without lapse. Event Changes: The festival may modify schedules, performers, amenities, or operations without notice. Such changes do not qualify for refund or credit. Rain or Shine: This is a rain-or-shine event. Membership remains non-refundable regardless of weather, unless the event is canceled in its entirety. Amenity Availability: Lounge seating, hospitality, and other amenities are subject to availability and may vary. No partial refunds or credits will be issued. Tax Deductibility: The Myrtle Beach Jazz Foundation operates under Crossroads Event Productions' 501(c)(3) status. A portion of your membership may be tax-deductible to the extent it exceeds the fair market value of goods and services received. Please consult your tax advisor. Conduct: Members must comply with all festival policies. Access may be revoked without refund for violations.
