About the event

Come shop, play, tour and make memories during this 78-year-old tradition -- the Waterford Foundation's "Waterford Fair"! The Fair is the mid-Atlantic's quintessential fall festival with demonstrating fine heritage & contemporary craft artisans, living historians, a juried art show, historic properties tour, local libations, Waterford Craft School talks & workshops, and entertainment for all ages. Located in the National Historic Landmark of Waterford (f. 1733), this unique village is situated in Western Loudoun County, Virginia. Noted as "DC's Wine Country", we are only 50 minutes from the District of Columbia. Tickets go on sale in August. Children (12 & under) & Foundation members FREE! Ticket types: early bird (Fri only), youth, single day, 3-day passes and seniors (over 65). Event proceeds support the preservation and education efforts of the Waterford Foundation, a 501(c)(3). About the registration

We welcome your support and offer sponsorship opportunities from $150 to $5,000. In-kind partnerships are also welcome -- please inquire via this application. For your CORPORATE level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • Twenty-five (25) Fair "daily admission" tickets and VIP parking • Dedicated social media promotion AND • Old School use for a business meeting (1/2 day, details in terms and conditions) For your GOLD level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • Ten (10) Fair "daily admission" tickets and VIP parking • Dedicated social media promotion For your SILVER level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • Four (4) Fair "daily admission" tickets and VIP parking • Dedicated social media promotion For your BRONZE level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • Two (2) Fair "daily admission" tickets and VIP parking • Dedicated social media promotion For your Community PARTNER level support your organization will receive: • Recognition on the Fair website for one year • "Partners" social media promotion Sponsor placement online and in print will be tiered with Corporate at the highest level. Terms & Conditions

The Fair is a "rain or shine" event and sponsorships are non-refundable. Your payment of the fee constitutes your permission to use your logo/art in the promote of the Fair. Corporate Sponsor will also receive up to four (4) hours of business meeting time at the Old School, including use of the auditorium, one (1) classroom and the kitchen. Date subject to availability and can not be scheduled on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Meeting must take place before September 1, 2023. Standard rental agreement terms apply. AV equipment & highspeed wifi available. Additional hours may be reserved at $200/hr. Thank you for your support!
