Sponsor Terms & Conditions
By submitting a sponsorship application and/or entering into a sponsorship agreement with The Tomato Jam, the sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Sponsorship Approval
All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by event organizers. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Payment
Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Sponsor Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing all logos, artwork, promotional materials, and other requested assets by any deadlines established by event organizers.
The Tomato Jam is not responsible for delays resulting from late submission of sponsor materials.
Event Changes
Event organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, programming, layouts, entertainment, activities, sponsorship benefits, or event operations as necessary.
Reasonable efforts will be made to provide comparable benefits should changes occur.
Weather and Force Majeure
The Tomato Jam may be postponed, modified, relocated, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of event organizers, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public safety concerns, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, pandemics, utility failures, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, sponsorship funds may be applied to a rescheduled event or future event at the discretion of event organizers.
Sponsor Conduct
Sponsors, employees, representatives, and guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.
Event organizers reserve the right to remove any sponsor, activation, display, or promotional material deemed unsafe, disruptive, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the mission of the event.
Compliance
Sponsors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, permits, licenses, and insurance requirements related to their participation.
Use of Name and Logo
Sponsors grant The Tomato Jam permission to use sponsor names, logos, and approved marketing materials for event promotion, sponsorship recognition, and post-event reporting.
Photography and Media
Sponsors acknowledge that photographs, video, and other media may be captured during the event and may be used by The Tomato Jam for promotional, marketing, educational, or archival purposes without compensation.
Limitation of Liability
Sponsors agree that The Tomato Jam, its organizers, venue partners, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, claim, cost, or expense arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.
Indemnification
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Tomato Jam, ASAP Connections, the venue, event organizers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from the sponsor’s participation in the event.
Acceptance
Submission of a sponsorship application and/or execution of a sponsorship agreement constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
