Join us for another successful part 2 of Pilates With The Mayor in September, and feel the pulse of Boynton Beach with a new signature wellness event designed to inspire movement, connection, and community, powered and guided by Mayor Rebecca Shelton. Enjoy a 45‑minute Pilates class, yoga mat, stretch sessions, smoothies, protein bowls, water bottles, wellness activities, special giveaways, flower making, med spa experiences, and refreshments.

About the application

Thank you for your interest in supporting Pilates with the Mayor - September 2026! Your generosity, whether through in‑kind contributions or paid sponsorship, helps bring this uplifting wellness event to life. As the 2nd Pilates with the Mayor, we expect 50-60 attendees to join us for a fun morning of movement, connection, and well‑being. Terms & Conditions

• One table is provided for selected on‑site sponsors (all additional display items must be supplied by the sponsor) • Sponsors serving food/beverages must follow all local health and safety guidelines • A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all sponsors on-site • Prohibited items include weapons, fireworks, flying objects, illegal substances, and any materials with hateful or discriminatory content • Sponsors are responsible for setting up, supervising, and breaking down their own space • All displays and activities must align with the positive, wellness‑focused nature of the event

Pilates 1 Sponsor	$250.00	Non-refundable	Sponsor shall pay City payment in the amount of two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), for the exposure and marketing benefits described below: • Company logo included on printed marketing materials (Submitted by July 15, 2026) • Company logo inclusion on digital marketing materials • Company acknowledgement announcement at Event • Company name mention and tag on the City’s Social Media post about the Event (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) • Company distribution of promotional items during Event • Company name/logo on City website under event information
Pilates 2 Sponsor	$500.00	Non-refundable	Sponsor shall pay City in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00), for the exposure and marketing benefits described below: • Company name/logo Inclusion in wrap up post (video or photos on Social Media) • 1 table and 2 chairs at Event (optional) • Company logo included on printed marketing materials (Submitted by July 15, 2026) • Company logo inclusion on digital marketing materials • Company acknowledgement announcement at Event • Company name mention and tag on the City’s Social Media post about the Event (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) • Company distribution of promotional items during Event • Company name/logo on City website under event information
Pilates 3 Sponsor	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	Sponsor shall pay City in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1000.00), for the exposure and marketing benefits described below: • Company name mention in Newsletter • Company name mention in Press Release • Company name mention in Event Listings • Company name/logo Inclusion in wrap up post (video or photos on Social Media) • 1 table and 2 chairs at Event (optional) • Chance to speak briefly (up to 5 minutes) about your company and its wellness offerings • Company logo included on printed marketing materials (Submitted by July 15, 2026) • Company logo inclusion on digital marketing materials • Company acknowledgement announcement at Event • Company name mention and tag on the City’s Social Media post about the Event (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) • Company distribution of promotional items during Event • Company name/logo on City website under event information
