About the application

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the annual Friday Night Live Concert Series! The 2023 concert series takes place select Friday nights from May to June. This years series features Thurston Howell - Yacht Rock (April 28), Nightrain - The Guns N' Roses Tribute Experience (May 12), Java Band - Rock, Motown/Beach, R&B, Hip Hop, and Country (June 2), 2X Grammy Award Winner Terrance Simien & the Zydeco Experience (June 16), 20 Ride - Zac Brown Band Tribute (June 30). Estimated attendance is 5,000+. A commitment is required two weeks prior to sponsored concert in order to guarantee sponsor benefits at event. Presenting Sponsor ðŸŽµ	$10,000.00	Presenting sponsor benefits include; Exclusive event sponsor of concert series, 10x10 promotional booth space at 5 concerts (including June 30, Red, White, & Belmont), hand fan sponsor (logo on Red, White, & Belmont hand fan), logo on all promotional items (t-shirts, signage, physical flyers, advertisements), social media promotion (Instagram and Facebook), name recognition by DJ at concerts (recognition varies by sponsorship level), 2x4 single logo banner.
Headline ðŸª•	$2,500.00	Headline sponsor benefits include; 10x10 promotional booth space at 4 concerts (excluding June 30, Red, White, & Belmont), hand fan sponsor (logo on Red, White, & Belmont hand fan), logo on all promotional items (t-shirts, signage, physical flyers, advertisements), social media promotion (Instagram and Facebook), name recognition by DJ at concerts (recognition varies by sponsorship level), 2x4 single logo banner.
