IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP
Support the Event Without Writing a Check
Not every sponsorship has to come in the form of a monetary contribution. Halfway To Halloween welcomes in-kind sponsorships from businesses and organizations that can provide products, professional services, equipment, materials, food, printing, rentals, supplies, or other resources that help bring the event to life.

In-kind sponsors play an important role in helping us create a bigger, better, and more immersive experience for our guests while supporting the vendors, performers, haunts, volunteers, and crew who make Halfway To Halloween possible.

WHAT CAN BE DONATED?
We are open to a wide variety of in-kind contributions, including:

Printing, banners, signs, maps, programs, and promotional materials
Building materials, lumber, hardware, paint, props, and scenic supplies
Lighting, sound, electrical equipment, generators, and equipment rentals
T-shirts, apparel, lanyards, badges, wristbands, and promotional merchandise
Food, beverages, snacks, coffee, water, and volunteer meals
Hotel accommodations or transportation services
Advertising, photography, videography, graphic design, and marketing services
Décor, landscaping, tents, tables, chairs, fencing, barricades, and event equipment
Prizes, giveaways, swag-bag items, and contest awards
Professional or specialty services
Other products or services that may benefit the event
Have something unusual to offer? Ask us! Halfway To Halloween is anything but ordinary, and some of our best partnerships don't fit neatly into a sponsorship package.

SPONSOR RECOGNITION
The sponsorship value will be based on the fair market value of the approved goods or services provided. Recognition may be customized according to the value and type of contribution and may include benefits such as:

Halfway To Halloween website recognition • social media recognition • event signage • logo placement • printed event materials • announcements during the event • vendor or promotional space • zone recognition • and other customized promotional opportunities.

Whenever possible, we want an in-kind sponsorship to create value for both the sponsor and Halfway To Halloween.

HOW IT WORKS
Submit an in-kind sponsorship proposal describing the product or service you would like to provide, the quantity, and its estimated retail or fair market value.

All in-kind sponsorships must be approved in advance by Halfway To Halloween, LLC. Acceptance is based on the needs of the event, usefulness of the contribution, available sponsorship opportunities, and the value of the goods or services being provided.

Submission of an in-kind sponsorship proposal does not guarantee acceptance or a specific level of recognition.

Once approved, we will work with you to determine the appropriate sponsorship benefits and recognition.

In-kind sponsorships allow businesses and organizations to support the event by providing needed goods, materials, equipment, food, professional services, advertising, rentals, or other resources in place of, or in combination with, a monetary sponsorship.

All proposed contributions are subject to approval by Halfway To Halloween, LLC.

Requested benefits are not guaranteed. Final sponsorship recognition will be determined by Halfway To Halloween, LLC based upon the approved fair market value, usefulness, timing, and scope of the contribution.

 
LOGO & MARKETING MATERIALS
If accepted, sponsors may be asked to provide a high-resolution logo and other promotional information by a specified deadline.

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide any logos, trademarks, photographs, or other materials submitted for promotional use.

 
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting this application, I understand that:

Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Halfway To Halloween, LLC may accept or decline any proposed contribution.
The stated value of an in-kind contribution is subject to review.
Sponsorship recognition will be confirmed in writing.
No advertising, booth space, exclusivity, signage, or other benefit is guaranteed until approved in writing.
Products and services must be delivered or completed according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Failure to provide the agreed contribution may result in cancellation of sponsorship benefits.
